BioMacrolophus (Macrolophus pygmaeus) is the “total predator”. This predatory bug is efficient in controlling insect pests in vegetable crops in open fields and in greenhouses. It feeds on eggs and larvae of the Tuta absoluta as well as whitefly eggs, thrips, aphids, leafminers and spider mites.

BioMacrolophus are available in 100 ml bottles with a vermiculite medium
Each bottle contains 500 individuals, 90% of them adults
Application
- Apply BioMacrolophus as soon as possible upon delivery, preferably during the cool hours of the day.
- Before application, the bottles should be gently rotated in a circular motion to ensure an even release.
- Sprinkle directly on the plant leaves or hung from the leaves in D-boxes
